Rob has over 20 years’ experience working with and supporting professionals, predominantly at C-Suite levels. Having built a 50+ person search business and achieving an MBO in 2019, his portfolio includes executive coaching, often with a career focus, non-executive positions, and board governance work. Rob is a specialist in the third sector having worked with hundreds of national and international organisations. He is a certified Member of the ICF and is currently studying a Masters’ degree in Business and Personal Coaching.Outside of work, Rob enjoys tennis and trying to cook the perfect pizza having built a wood-fired oven over lockdown.
