Robb has coached business owners, senior leaders, high performing teams, individuals, and groups. He is passionate about supporting people in developing new levels of self-awareness and fulfilling their potential through new and creative ways.

Coaching sessions with Robb have been described as relaxed yet powerful, allowing the client go at their own pace. Often seen with a pen in his hand, Robb is passionate about visual thinking and incorporates this into his coaching wherever appropriate.

Robb is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation; Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Professional Member of the Association for NLP; and trained facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and tools.

Outside of coaching, Robb loves spending time with his Wife, Son, Daughter, and dog; the history and works of Disney; and sampling whiskies from around the world.
